July 4, 2020 is the 100th anniversary of William R. Perkins' birthday. He was my relative who flew in the 356th Fighter Squadron. In celebration of his birthday, I am posting this new video entitled "ANGEL FROM HELL - THE LIFE OF WILLIAM R PERKINS". In this 30 minute video I travel to Michigan to see where he grew up and interview people who knew him. Also included are interviews with members of the 354th Fighter Group who served with him. His plane was named Angel From Hell. He was killed in action on June 13, 1944.
